The European Cohesion Policy strengthens the EU’s economic, social, and territorial cohesion by reducing disparities and fostering sustainable development.

The 2021-2027 framework focuses on key priorities: advancing innovation and digital transformation, transitioning to a low-carbon, sustainable economy, improving regional connectivity, promoting social inclusion and justice, and supporting integrated territorial development.

By aligning economic, social, and environmental goals, the policy ensures that all regions benefit equitably, preventing the digital and green transitions from deepening regional disparities.

This online workshop organised by the Research Group MOPT-CEG/IGOT in collaboration with RSA Research Network on EU Cohesion Policy (#CPnet), will explore the interplay between the Cohesion Policy and the Twin Transition, offering fresh insights into achieving a digital, inclusive, and sustainable Europe.

We invite you to join us on 9th December for sessions with senior and young academics to discuss the intersections of Cohesion Policy and the Twin Transition.

Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with leading perspectives on Europe’s sustainable and inclusive future.

The workshop is free to attend. To participate, please register using the form.
